![]() This is included in all Essentials Kits because it’s such an essential! I love using this to blend eyeshadows in the outer corners and crease area, and I love using this clean for sort of a finishing, blending touch! It has a rounder top whereas the E25 sort of has a slimmer top. This is slightly fluffier than the E25 brush. The shadows are beautifully diffused and cleanly applied. I also love using this to apply shadows in the lower lashline. I love using this brush to apply contour/dark eyeshadows in the outer corners before blending them with a blending brush. They’re firm and sturdy, but soft enough that it doesn’t hurt the eyes. Sigma often gives travel-sized E25 brushes as a gift-with-purchase so keep an eye out! These come in so handy when travelling!įor immaculate precision, I highly recommend this brush. This is the Sigma equivalent of MAC’s oh-so-famous 217 blending brush, but for a fraction of the price. This is often the only brush I use when I’m in a rush – it can do almost everything eye-makeup related and is often the only eye brush I bring with me when traveling. I love using this to apply transition colors on the crease and to blend darker shades in the outer corner of the eyes. ![]() This has got to be the most versatile, and my most-used, eye brush. They have such a huge fanbase not only because of the quality of their brushes, but for their affordable prices. You ma gurl.Sigma brushes, hands down, are some of the best makeup brushes in the market today. I am using it at the 1:05 mark in this video. You want a MAC 217 brush? It’s $24, this one is $14. I am using it in this video at the :17 mark if you’d like to see it in action.Į25 Blending: In terms of blending brushes, this one is my favorite ever. I also love to use this brush without shadow on it to blending out the top edge of my lid color. It’s bristles are flared out enough to really grab and diffuse the pigment. This brush is also easy to clean, very durable (I’ve never had a single hair shed) and feels very comfortable in the hand.Į40 Tapered Blending: For that super-airbrush faded crease, this brush is the business. I love how it picks up foundation and lays it down and then buffs it out flawlessly. A synthetic flattop kabuki style brush like this is my favorite style for foundation application. If you like a full coverage, seamless foundation application, you’ll never use another brush. I’m using it to contour in this video around the 1:35 mark.į80 Flat Kabuki: Ok ladies and gentz, holy grail foundation brush right here. The bristles are just the right length to flex, but not too short that the brush is overly-dense and causes harsh lines. The small, dome-shaped head is perfect for tucking under cheekbones and softly buffing out bronzer. F=face, E=eye.į05 Small Contour: This is my favorite brush for contouring. Oh and here’s a little FYI that it took me an embarrassingly long time to realize about the brush names. I find their quality totally comparable to Sephora’s makeup brushes, but Sigma is more affordable! I use these brushes on myself and clients and I’ve been uber impressed. ![]() All the brushes I’ve tried are of great quality and they apply and blend makeup perfectly. I want to tell you about the brushes I have and love from them. I’ve visited their only retail store at the Mall of America and the girls are so super nice. ![]() Story for another day.īeing a proud Midwesterner, I love that Sigma originated in Minnesota. I mean please, I drive a Nissan Versa hatchback with numerous dents in it. No worries guys-I have a full-time job and I blog because I enjoy it, not for dat cheddar. Well, I’m so glad I did because I really, really like them! Oh and am I saying this because I get a small percentage if you buy Sigma brushes? Nope! I do get that, but if I wasn’t into these brushes, you just wouldn’t hear about them. But curiosity finally got the best of me and I had to try them. I’m sure you’ve thought to yourself, “they’re just talking these brushes up because they’re sponsored by them.” It’s ok, I thought that too. If you watch YouTube videos or read other beauty blogs, you’ve likely seen Sigma brushes.
